Understanding the Graylyn Crest Bond

What's the Deal?
Think of the bond as your ticket to ownership. The non-profit pools in the North Wilmington area use this system, and it's a great way for members to have a say in the club.
When you become a fully bonded member, you're not just a guest—you're a part owner! The total bond is $300, and it's a one-time thing. Once you've paid it, you get an official paper bond to prove your co-ownership.
Just Dipping Your Toes?
We get it—you want to try it out first. That's exactly why we offer our trial membership!
If you love your first summer at Graylyn Crest and decide to come back, we'll credit $100 of your trial fee toward your bond. Just pay another $100 the following year, and another $100 the year after that. In your third year with us, we'll issue your bond, and BAM—you're an official part owner!
Gator Pride from the Start?
If you already know Graylyn Crest is the place for you, you can become a part owner right away! Simply choose the "$200 I want to be part owner now" add-on option in our store, and you'll get your bond this year.
This is completely optional—we offer a mix of options to suit how every household would like to approach this. Welcome to the family!
